These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of ScreenFlip (the “App”) and the website at www.screenflip.app. By purchasing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
ScreenFlip is sold as a one-time purchase. Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs that you own or control, for personal or commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App.
Updates
Your one-time purchase includes all updates within the version 1.x release line at no additional cost. Future major versions (for example, a 2.0 release) may be offered as a separate, optional paid upgrade.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are a one-time charge — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
Refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
ScreenFlip, its name, logo, and all related content are owned by Bosware. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or compatible with every hardware or macOS configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of México/México City, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
