You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@screenflip.app from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your purchase email or Stripe receipt so we can locate the order.
- We'll process your refund through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 days
Because ScreenFlip is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available after the 14-day window. That said, if you run into a genuine technical problem, please reach out — we'll always try to make it right.
